Little People, Big World: Tori Roloff Celebrates Josiah’s First Birthday

Tori Roloff became a mother of three last year. In April 2022, she welcomed her third child Josiah Roloff. Like his father, Zach Roloff, and siblings, he also has achondroplasia.

The Little People, Big World cast member had an easy delivery. Her water had broken, and she went straight in for a C-section. However, recovery wasn’t as straightforward. Zach started to deal with shunt issues while waiting for the birth of their baby. So, he had to leave and seek medical help.

Josiah is now one year old. Over the past year, Tori and her family have made many great family memories. They took the youngest Roloff to the beach for the first time. And they didn’t let his first birthday pass without having a big party.

Tori and Zach threw their son a rodeo-themed first birthday party to celebrate the big day. They had animal print balloons. And cookies shaped like cowboy hats and boots. They also had all their friends and family attend the special event.

Josiah Roloff Ready to Take First Steps

Tori is seeing a lot of changes in her youngest child. Josiah can now sit up on his own. He is even crawling around. However, it won’t be long until he takes his first steps. She recently took a clip of him trying to walk on his own. He can stand up and take a few steps. But not without the help of his mother holding him up for balance.

The Little People, Big World reality star feels her son is ” so stinkin’ close” to walking on his own. However, she also thinks that seeing him try to walk is “so chaotic.” But she is still proud to see her youngest child try to move on his own.

Josiah has a big smile on his face in the video of him trying to walk. He looks happy, trying to take his first steps. He will be on the move in no time. And then Tori and Zach will be chasing three kids around their home.

Little People, Big World Celeb Ditches Binky

Tori Roloff didn’t just document her son trying to take his first steps. She also reveals one of Josiah Roloff’s latest accomplishments. The TLC star decided to take away his pacifier for the night. She admits to not knowing why she and Zach decided to do it that night. But they did, and she feels he handled it “like a champ.”

The Little People, Big World castmate feels that a chapter has closed in her house. She admits that it makes her feel “a little sad.” Her youngest is growing up fast.

Tori refers to pacifiers as “chaos controllers.” However, she likes to call them “binks.” Now that Josiah no longer needs a pacifier, she will have to find something else to control the chaos.
